I am a Jamaican and I am presently suffering from this terrible disease. I am presently on Tegretol and gaabapentin. these pills help but side effect? makes me very forgetful and sleep too much.

I've had this condition since 1970 - I had 2 treatments - both injections into the nerve in the back of the head. I refused medications and instead decided to not give this condition "attention" - My pain is now between 1-2 out of 10. I also have been treated by a chiropractor and it has been significantly reduced. The medications have side effects.

But just radiation like they do in cancer pacients? Cause I know someone who’s undergone radiation in the face and doesn’t produce saliva anymore, and this is a side effect of the radiation she had. At least the other treatments are focused on parts of the nerves or the ganglion.

I can't stand that it comes and goes with no warning. It can be at its worst and then just like that it's gone. No lingering pain no oh its getting better, it's just gone. Makes you feel like youre going nuts.

Try going to a special therapist he Could help you . I go ever Week And i have Also stopped eating too Much meat as well, this seems to help as well . This is a terrible condition.

This is the worse thing I’ve ever experienced I’m at my wits end my doctors not doing anything 😢😢😢I just don’t know what to do 😢😢
