These charts are a load of BS because they don’t take bigger bones and muscles into consideration. I’m AFAB, 5’7, and 180 with huge bones and some muscle mass. I don’t have too many pounds of fat I need to lose. Maybe 10-15, but the rest is bone and muscle. I’m definitely in a healthy weight range about fat. Big bones and muscle are NOT obesity! 😊
