Increase your throwing and pitching velocity by implementing this one drill. Using the j bands in a unique manner for strengthen the rotator cuff. This velocity drill for throwers will help stabilize and increase mobility and strength in the shoulder muscles. Do this 3 times a week till you are fatigued (burnout) and you are sure to increase your throwing velocity.
