Wouldn’t any shoulder exercise then help increase velocity?
What you showed were very common exercises performed during a typical shoulder targeted lifting session.
Obviously I think you’re going for low weight high reps, and using stabilizing muscles throughout the movement.
So to boil it down, stronger=more velocity?
