Wow! This is so great! By the way, I have a quick question man.. what if the client decided to stop working with you but want to keep the website, are you still going to tell them that they need to pay the monthly plan so that the hosting will continue or else their access will be gone? Thank you!

Hey Ray, thanks for the video. Really amazing. A quick question here! Will it track the numbers of contacts who clicked for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 stars? I actually want to track them. And i want to have stats for them to know how many of these have been clicked!
If it's not there, how can i add this type of tracking in snapshot?

The part im struggling to understand is how do you know which of the clients customers to send a review to?
eg. my client has done 10 jobs this week for 10 customers. Where and how do i see this data and know who to send the reviews to if my client does not use the software?

From my research, as long as you're giving equal opportunity to leave a review, you should be ok. So on a 3 or under star review, give the option to leave a review, but say we'd LOVE to fix your problem before you do that, please get in tough etc
