Consumers who receive a response to their review feel connected with the product/service provider and others consumers are more likely to leave a review if they see that the business responds.

The only flaw that I've come across with this feature is that it won't allow sending custom SMS messages or emails. It will only keep sending the same SMS/email.

Even if you create a workflow with the "Send Review Request" as the TOP action in the workflow followed by a series of custom SMS messages with a trigger link, there is still no way to remove a person from the workflow if they click on the first "Send Review Request" action.

The only way this will "work" is if the workflow is created with a sequence of all custom SMS messages or custom emails; however, this means that the Reputation Management Dashboard won't recognize that a review request has been sent, and the dashboard won't load any new data. If the GHL IT team could fix this, it would be great!

Sending an email works just fine but I try to send an SMS and nothing goes through. What am I doing wrong?

What if it is a business with multiple locations and services it it possible for the review connection to select multiple offices?

Great 'Quick Wins' series. Can you send bulk review requests or do they have to be sent individually? It can be very time consuming for clients who have a large database.
