I just set this all up and it took about an hour to do. Really awesome workflow and appreciate your transparency! One quick question though - I noticed that you're on-going reputation campaign is activated by "won" opportunities. Wouldn't this include customers who have been through the contest campaigns before?

I have added a "If/else" step at the beginning to say that if they have the tag "reactivation review" or "review clicked" do not send the review requests. Hopefully this will prevent double-ups! Does anyone else have ideas on how to prevent double-ups? I'm not sure if this is the best method :)

you have 2 workflows, one in each folder that have the same trigger of the negative feedback form received. Won't that trigger both automations so the contact will receive 2 emails thanking them for their feedback and the client will receive 2 internal notifications saying negative feedback has been received? Is this not just a double up? Im a little confused.
