the picture at start (around 0:14) certainly is wrong and from a much later time (see uniform)

That William was a great supporter of parliament is a bit of a stretch from the truth, parliament always held the whip hand over him, and actually at earlier negotiations regarding his Kingship, he was initially refused the Crown as it was planned to have any progeny of William and Mary to be the Regent and the Crown was to skip a generation until then, William refused and said he would go back to his Republic so the deal was he would be made King if he gave parliament all powers over govt.
