Jokes aside, this run was a really creative idea. There have been runs that restrict duplicate item pickups, but I don't think I've seen one for regions.
Take my like and comment, for the algorithm.

This is probably the best Tears of the Kingdom challenge run I've watched. Every single other one is like "Can you beat TotK and then they proceed to break all the rules of their challenge in the first 10 minutes of the video. For instance: The paraglider, which you don't need to get, but, many people get it anyway, breaking their own rules. Basically, good job for sticking to your rules and good job on the high quality video!

The way this is edited, with the physical Hyrule map, the marker cutouts and the stop motion, is so unbelievably cute. I've never seen this done this way

Just so you know, Wings DO run on a timer, but it's a unique one, as the timer only runs when the Wing is generating Lift, suffice to say, if you can stop the wing from generating Lift, then the decay timer can never start.

It’s mostly irrelevant, given your route, but I was able to do the Monster Control Squads for Central Hyrule and Fort Hateno long before I did the Fire Temple. And while I didn’t find the squad in Eldin until after the Fire Temple, their camp chef was pointing me to them, albeit with super vague directions.

Anyway. Very interesting video/topic. I’m impressed by anyone playing without the paraglider. And you did a lot I would’ve thought impossible without it.

A trick with gliders that I saw on Sollus’s “sky only” challenge. If you fly a wing with another wing in ultrahand, the latter one doesn’t use up any of its “durability”. You can then glue the wing to the one you’re on, get on it and unglue the old one. You can also grab several wings at once to repeat this trick several times. Maybe it will help you on some other challenge

10:56 That is actually trivial. Aside from the "recall fall speed reset" you mention, you can position a plank vertically and hold onto the side. Link won't separate from something that's falling if it stays within the climb angle range, even if it exceeds his own terminal velocity. You can also use a steering stick, same thing. You can also use a piece of ruins rubble as they fall slowly enough that Link will stay on them.
I was planning a gliderless run for a while so I experimented with ways into the depths and found those.

Side note; you _can_ fall down on something then go back up on said something using recall if you stay close enough to not unload the object but the game does not like it when you do that, and the items sometimes disappear when crossing the loading zone.

The dedication to this run is insane! It sounds like it took ages. Definitely try to cut your mouth pops out of the audio when you finish a sentence, it's a bit distracting as is. Subbed! :)

6:34 i completed the Bring Peace to Hyrule! and Bring Peace to Necluda! missions before i did any Regional Phenomena quests. Maybe the one on Death Mountain is locked behind the Fire Temple, but at least Hyrule & Necluda are not
