For anyone wondering why this works:
There are differences between the Ender 3 profile and Custom Profile for the Infill, Inner Wall, Outer Wall, Retractions and Travel settings that are significant enough to make a large change to the print time.
Print Speed 50mm/s to 60mm/s
Infill Speed 50mm/s to 60mm/s
Wall speed 25mm/s to 30mm/s
Outer wall speed 25mm/s to 30mm/s
Inner wall speed 25mm/s to 60mm/s
Just these settings reduce the print time by 20% and only covers the Inner+Outer wall settings.
Infill Overlap Percentage 30% to 10% makes up about another 10% in reduction on time.

If you want to know everything that is different install the "Export HTML Cura Settings" Plugin and export both configuration profiles and you'll be able to compare what is different about the settings.

Thank you so much man, I just got myself a printer and was upset to see some of the prints I wanted to do would take 10+ hours but now they only take a couple hours.

I'm trying this out, printing some last-minute gifts for my teachers. Hyperboloid pencil holders. With my usual profiles they'd take about 9hr, with default profiles they'd take about 12hr, but with this profile they ONLY TAKE FIVE! not sure if it'll work, but we'll see. It's printing the first layer quite quickly as I'm typing this, and it seems to be going alright (so far)

Literally just stopped a print I was 2 hours into on a 13hr print because this method does it in 6 1/2.... Thank You!

Just so you know the ender CANNOT maintain a consistent layer height of .3mm, and if set to .3mm will result in inconsistent layer heights. The simple reason for this is that the stock ender stepper in micro-step has a minimum Z resolution of .04. The Creality Ender profile hints at this as your recommended layer heights will be .12, .16, .20, .24, .28 and as follows .32, NOT .30. You will end up with layers of .28 then .32 then .28 then .32 as it attempts to bounce around the value you haphazardly force-feed it.

when you use bigger lines thats normal. Why people suprised? Go for 0.8 and printer will be faster.

so do you actually use a .3 nozzle with this setting or is it a .4 nozzle and you just change the settings? Just curious

Well... 0.3 makes my prints a little bit.. shitty. They break with the force of my sight.
Tried the same lil' print with 0.28 - 8 minutes grew to 9 - not a big deal - but there was almost no difference between durabilities.
Let's be clear - can this setting be real for small prints like chain links or something like that or should it be something bigger?

We used the same program, the same settings and the same machine. If this setting works - please provide a profile setting file, because there's possibility I do something wrong.
Thanks in advance.

This will decrease print quality and thus can be faster. If you want quality and detailed prints, you need to just be patient and wait the long print time out. If you on the other hand are prototyping, increasing layer hight would be smart.

I am waiting for my CR20 to finish its EXTREMELY long print time (4 hours) as apposed to my Anucubic (2 hours) printing PPE for the hospitals. I will try your settings to see if that helps me out. Fingers crossed as it stands right now this printer is going back to creality as its WYA too slow
