Anybody that doesn't want to watch a 2 hour livestream, I got you.

Cura settings:

speed: 50 mm/s

infill speed: 250 mm/s

inner wall speed: 250 mm/s

outer wall: 80 mm/s

travel speed: 300 mm/s

Experimental:

bridge settings: on > default

fuzzy skin: off

small hole max size: 5.0 mm

IF YOU ARE DOING A PRINT IN PLACE MODEL:

horizontal expansion: -0.02%

This helps prevent parts fusing together. They might still fuse together if you max out the speed.

Any way you could just tell us so I don't have to watch a Livestream rerun....

I tried 7k acceleration 150mms with the ender 3 and it skips on the belts on the bed.
I use 1850 acceleration and 150mms with 2500 acceleration for the inside wall.

you need to bump up your accel to actualy get to those speeds. I print as standard at 300mm/s at 35k accel, that is actually reaching those speeds very quickly and is very much faster than this. This is maybe reaching 100mm/s but I highly doubt much more than that.

I’ll try this out. Tomorrow I will get my first 3d printer, which is an elegoo Neptune 3 Pro

Time is money and 2+ hours livestream is such a waste of time, those are not 250mms and external perimeters will be full of ringing without input shaping. You should do a 20 minutes video like normal youtubers and maybe sponsor it

For those thinking you can just print this fast stock on an Ender 3 you wrong. You have to have the right equipment like better cooling hardened nozzle and all metal hotend.

And it’s not even possible to do that on an ender 3 with the stock hotend since it can only handle 8 cubic flow. 250mm/s with 0.2mm layer height and 0.4 line width would be 20 cubic flow. Plus you’re not even reaching that 250mm/s due to the default accel on an ender 3 being so astronomically low.

Which surface u are using above your bed ?

Is that a capacitive proximity sensor or inductive ? It kinda looks too thick to be inductive.

Also I'm not sure if the bed is glass and therefore capacitive.

Who uses manual leveling in this age lmao

This is freaking slow dude. I can do a bench in 30-40 minutes

No and neither can yours. Speed isn't true if it's not able to accelerate to the actual speed. And a true 250mm/s would skip steps on a bed slinger.

lol ya you're not hitting those speeds fully. Come back when it's a switchwire w/ canbus. zzzz
