Your mom seems like the kind of mom all the kids wanted to have and would go to when they needed an adult who wouldn't judge....I hope I can be that mom for my boys 💕

This will probably get lost in the shuffle of comments, but I work for a not for profit in central Illinois that gets Christmas gifts for families in need. We purchased a copy of your book for a child with dwarfism and she will be opening your book on Christmas Day. Thank you for giving much needed representation and creating an atmosphere of empathy in your community.

I love that you’re also showing that you grew up into who you are. Many people seem to forget adolescence for most humans are pretty same. We just have to learn how to grow past it.

Got many fathers figures but can only have one mummy. The one that gives birth to you. Treat her with respect like you did in realized. God bless

I'm so glad you got on the right positive path! You could be an awesome role model for our people, who need to learn how to be responsible, respectful positive people! 🙏🏽👍🏼❤️

I really like that there are two sides to the family and you show them both. You grew how many feet physically but I think you grew even more emotionally, mentally and compassionatel.

We all act out but not all of us realize our mistakes. You're right to give your mum the respect she deserves. 💕

The ‘rebel phase’ is the time where you’re learning proper emotional development. Acting out because emotions are complex and can be overwhelming, is the best way of your brain saying, “I’m feeling really ___. I don’t know what I’m feeling but it makes me uncomfortable and overwhelmed and I don’t know what to do about.” So it does everything it can to get what it thinks it wants. It’s searching. Which all it’s looking for is an explanation and validation towards what we’re feeling.

Peet, I also grew up average size with little parents. It's really comforting to know I'm not the only one who went thru this phase, I feel guilty for the way i treated my parents but I too grew out of it and I'm trying to be a better son. Much love 🖤
