The restaurant on the Apex was the Rooftop Grill. It was open on our Caribbean sailing and it was tasty and fun.

Agree completely. Us northerners are happy if it reaches 20 degrees. And very uncomfortable over about 23

Absolutely no pros for cold weather cruising for me, whenever the weather has been disappointing it's a right downer for me. Once did a cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong, started with high 30's and ended with it being absolutely freezing in HK, really didn't expect such a drastic change. This was in late Jan.

If you go when its proper cold you almost need snowsuits.

We went on a 5 day search for santa way back with the kids to Finnish Lapland. It was -20.

You couldnt go outside unless fully suited up. Took ages to get ready.

For those interested. We found Santa on the last day.

Amazing coincidence eh?

My other half has never fancied a cold cruise, as she is something of a sun worshipper.

So when she gets herself parked, ready to sun seek, I am off on my adventures round the ship, and the different bars.

What would I do with her on a cold cruise?😂
