Hi but you decide how much you sell the house, if you decide the house is 300k +100 for the beautifull garden, then the price is 400k and people like a house without deocration problems.Sometimes you can have peolple that refuse a house because the kitchen or the bathroom is to old, so perception is also important in the decision.A house on the market for months is also a bad information.

Hello. Great video. Quick question I have a townhouse that I cant do much with. I added a bathroom, so now it's a 3.5 bathroom instead of a 2.5 bathroom. Would this be an actual value increase.
