Did Jehovah's Witnesses change their bible? YES, Here's proof.

Thank you for sharing. In my opinion, the ones who fall into this cult or group of liars, are spiritualy handicaped for whatever reason. Childhood trama causes them to hide naturally, fear. This cult gives them a new comfort, they feel safe because the cult allows them to isolate from the world. They dont realize what is happening to their soul. It amuses me to no end when religious zealots rail against a doctrine that is not formally stated in the Bible( the Trinity), yet promote their main doctrine of Jesus secret, invisible presence since 1914, an idea that is not even hinted at in Scripture! But I am open to anybody who can show me one or two EXPLICIT Bible verses that prove that Jesus' presence started in1914. Good luck!!

In the accounts of the Last Supper, all other translations have Jesus saying "This is my body" and 'This is my blood." In the WBTS version, it reads "This means my body, " and "This means my blood." There is no way you can get the Greek original to read like that. It's just a gross misrepresentation of the original text. WBTS changes the scriptures to read the way they want them to read rather than honestly repeating what God wrote. And you know what Revelations says about people who tamper with Scripture.

Just got out of a terrible relationship with a Jehovah's witness. We did not see eye to eye when it came to religion. I'm Christan and I knew I should've never been in an unequally yoked relationship but I took heed and now my life has changed for the better. When I compared the NWT to other Bibles, I realized they did this all over their Bible. It’s sad because we want to understand Bible doctrine so we can adjust our lives to worship God to please him. Jehovah's Witnesses have never claimed to be infallible or to be inspired by God. That Russell believed in things that were not right is well known, it is also written in the book in which Jehovah's Witnesses tell their story. Over time those errors have been corrected.
Even God's servants of ancient times made mistakes, even very serious ones: David for example who slept with Bathsheba and had her husband killed. Does this mean that David was not God's chosen king?

Using an English translation to correct an English translation because no thought process required to understand one over the other is not a way to prove one is right.

Here’s what I mean: Psalm 45:6 was *originally* written to a human Israelite king. Biblically humans have been called “God” by God. (Moses, Judges) The human Israelite Kings have been known to sit on Jehovah’s throne (1 Chronicles 29:23)

So yes the NWT is correct as the verse can be addressing the human Israelite king in divine terms and or this interpretation sees "God" as the foundation or source of the throne, suggesting that the king's authority is upheld by divine power. This aligns with the historical context where the human Israelite king’s authority is considered to be derived from God.

The only hook Jehovah's Witnesses have is their Scriptures include the name of Jehovah, rather than substituting it with the capital LORD. Their literal translation of God's name really backfires when they add Jehovah's name yo the New Testament multiple times, not found in the original greek manuscripts.

The intentions are not good and are extremely sneaky.
