Yes, yes yes to a Vito Channel! This is what YouTube should be....it's everything!!!! My goodness, I can see why you split it into 2 videos. The care and attention, Vito and his family put into cooking has been a revelation. Every meal is an occasion and is so full of love for the people eating it. Wow, the Italian way of cooking and eating is so special. Dianne, you are such a loving and giving person. The way you welcome and go with the flow (and clean!) is an inspiration. That was just brilliant! Wholesome, hilarious - total comfort viewing. The food looked amazing. Vito is a great chef and teacher (with a little help from his grandparents!) and Dianne was a great sous chef.
