SUBSTITUTES I USED IN COOKING FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:
Gluten-free flour, Coconut, Himalayan pink salt, Chickpea flour, Sorghum flour, etc.
DIY PERSONAL CARE
Besides, the food recipes I also have made healthy choices to take care of our face & body. I like more healthy DIY face masks, body scrubs, eye masks, moisturizer, tan removing scrubs, DIY face & body soaps. Mostly used Ingredients for face masks- I mostly use turmeric, rose water, chickpea, lemon, tomato juice, tea tree oil, coconut oil, coffee, eggs, etc for the beauty recipes.
KITCHEN & OUTDOOR GARDENING TIPS & PLANTS
You will also see and get tips to grow some of the MUST-HAVE organic kitchen plants to grow at home. You can use these herbs in your cooking recipes or as a home remedy or can use it as great immune booster herbs. Some of the great kitchen and garden plants that I like to grow are wheatgrass, cilantro, tomato, zucchini, basil, mint, Thyme, Oregano, etc at home.
