Ingredients:
3 cups green mung sprouts (5 day old sprouts)
1 carrot, half tomato (deseeded), green chili, 2 tbsp chopped green papaya, 1/3 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, green onion, sea salt, black salt, lemon juice, brazil nuts
Note: Brazil nuts are a good source of selenium and healthy fats.
