Killer Cat (pre true form, i use it in evolved/second form) strat also works, you just have to stall for money with green shell and a few defense up combos

For those curious:

Korea
Restriction: Killer Cats only
Enemies: Doge (999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999e*10%)

Korea's Doges all have Base Destroyer and Omni-immunity (immune to every status effect) alongside 100% Dodge.

However, Killer Tank Cat has Doge Destroyer, negating the magnification to the enemy default as well as cancelling out Base Destroyer and Dodge alongside Doge's immunities.

The video incorrectly understates the sheer stats of Korea's Doges, hence the correction.

It took me many attempts but I was able to beat Korea with cyberpunk stacking and High Power Units and multiple meatshields
Stall with meatshields first, then start stacking cyberpunks for the first doge, when the second one comes out spam more meatshields, after a while you should be able to permaslow the Doges, Then just spam all of your attackers, It is quite a long strat though
