Delicious Dipping Sauce for grill meats or Sukiyaki Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Cups or 1 Big handful of Fresh Thai Chili Peppers

1/4 Cup Roasted Crushed White Sesame Seeds

1 Whole peeled garlics

1 Medium to Large While Onions Cut into small size

1 Cup Thai Sriracha ( or Half Cup U.S made Sriracha )

1 Cup Ketchup

1 Tablespoon Salt or to taste

1 teaspoon MSG or to taste

3 Tablespoonfuls Tamarind paste
Soaked in Boil water for 10 Minutes

1/4 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons palm sugar( if you don’t have this just use Sugar )
* The palm sugar will give it a richness sweet

1/4 cup fish sauce of your choice

Optional you can add 2-3 Tablespoons Vinegar
*but I preferred to squeeze Fresh Lime juice to bowl when serve

1 cup of room temperature water when blend the peppers garlic and onions

Half cup of water to rinse peppers out from blender

3 Tablespoons Tapioca Flour mixed with 3 Tablespoons water

It is so delicious 🤤 🤤😋😋
you have to try making it for your next hot pot party or Griddle Grilled meats party
