I feel like you would be a fantastic author, if you ever decided to write a course based study guide, for dermatology students, the way you present information is really easily digestible yet super precise, I would totally buy a copy despite not being a student myself.

This will be good! Raw garlic is key because cooking, roasting, drying etc will remove most if not all the allicin which gives the huge benefits!

As a introverted person, eating garlic is awesome! You have excuses not to go out and if you do, it helps you to keep people away

Dr. Dray, I love your videos! Many years ago you made some videos on procedures such as dermabrasion and micro needling. It would be great if you could update us on any new research about them. Thank you! 🫶🏽

Many years ago I read an article about the benefits of raw garlic. I decided to try it and ate a few cloves forgetting that I had a hair appointment. Well, the garlic didn't sit well and I kept burping garlic while in the chair. That poor hairdresser!! The garlic smell was so strong!! I told her what I had done and apologized. Needless to say she got a big tip for putting up with me. Didn't do that again. Lol! I do still love garlic but have never tried black garlic. I need to look into trying it. Thanks for the interesting information. Happy Tuesday, Dr Dray! I hope you have a blessed evening. 💙

How funny...I JUST bought a garlic press last week because I had grown tired of chopping, slicing, dicing, etc. Anyway, I LOVE garlic and I add it to much of my cooking. That said, since I started incorporating it more into more of my meals, my hair and skin has been looking even more luminous!

Thanks for all you do!

I literally bought a hair care bundle and opened it and it smelled like straight garlic! I was like wtf and read it more that’s there main ingredient! I was going to throw it away! Thank you for the video! I’ll use it on wash days only 😊

One thing for sure is that garlic shows potential whether it may be from its components which are anti-inflammatory and have antifungal properties or is it because it's just a super duper irritating ingredient, who is going to promote immuno alertness just from his irritating nature 😊❤. Thanks Doctor Andrea for informing us about garlic's benefits and side effects.

Luckily I love garlic! It is a mainstay of Asian Cuisine so I basically throw it into everything I cook.

Another great video :)
I'd also love a video about those at home microfusion systems.
And whether you can use them when you have (non active) psoriasis.
And whether you can use them on the neck and scalp as well.

Have always thought of garlic as having amazing properties! But be aware it is toxic to doggies. 💜💜💜
