Hello, thank you so much for the video. I loved the adjusted version of downward facing dog which I couldn't do some days because of the soreness in my wrists. And yes, I would love a longer video. Feeling very peaceful right now.

As someone struggling with RA for several years now, I’d like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this video. It’s an often misunderstood autoimmune disease, and I have sometimes felt “alone” since there aren’t many yoga videos that address it. Not only is this a lovely, soothing sequence—I do feel “seen” finally! Love & gratitude! 🙏

Thank you . I have Rheumatoid arthritis. This practice was so beautiful bc I didnt have the added stress of worrying about getting into and out of poses. Or if certain poses would be harmful to my joints. I'm grateful ❤❤❤

I loved this flow so much! Since getting my RA diagnosis and the joints in my hands and fingers being really impacted, I haven't been able to find much joy in my yoga practice. I really loved the chair modification for down dog - it feel so wonderful to explore that gentle inversion again without pain! It's been so long. I loved the pace and guidance through the flow too. You made my day!

Yes I did like it, wasn't difficult, I don't have arthritis that I know of, but it served as an excellent stretch, I do tend to feel really tight in my joints, could be because of age I'm 53 and it could be because of weight. I'm in the process of working on my weight and health overall and I've lost a significant amount already over the past year or so. Yes I would definitely enjoy a longer one just the same and the modifications were perfect. Have an amazing day; Jai Namaste 🤲🏽🌞🙏🏽🥰🌹🙏🏽🤲🏽

Hi Nico Marie! Thank you so much for creating this video. I've had RA since I was 10 y.o (I'm now 28) and I'm just now getting to a place where I feel able to approach healthy exercise for my mind/body. This video truly means so much to me! 🥲 If you're still willing to make another, longer yoga practice for Rheumatoid Arthritis, I would love to engage with it!! 🧡 Wishing you well! 😊

Thank you for this beautiful practice. I have inflammatory arthritis and have had to modify my yoga and movement practices. Your kind demeanor and lovely, grounded energy contribute to the parasympathetic response. So glad I found you! I’d love a longer version. ❤

Thank you for this. I don't have rheumatic athritis as far as I know, but I love having yoga videos to follow when I am tired, sore, and/or hurting.

I would like to mention that I noticed that I was stretching my lower back uncomfortably in this forward fold, so as feedback I think esp for people who are already having pain issues it makes sense to cue them to stretch from your hips and not lower back in forward fold.

Lovely practice to help get you moving on a lazy Sunday morning. I have osteoporosis so can't do the forward flexion and have pain most mornings but movement fixes that. My modification is just to keep my back flat. And now I'm ready for my walk.
Thank you so much❤

Just completed this work out . I have done yoga before and I am young only 38. But my RA has been so horrible the last year .. I have let it get to far... this was my first practice back at a new lifestyle change. I found it very good. Really love that you focus on breathing . That is so important for cell healing . My cat came and sat on the mat as we breathed deeply x4 . I know she felt good frequency emitting! Cats are like that lol Well done!

Thank you so much for thinking of us and posting this! ☺️🫶I’m starting to get back into yoga after a 1.5 yr break because of RA. This video was just about perfect! I loved that you clearly did a lot of research about inflammation and you knew where people w RA would struggle. I’ve never used a pillow with child’s pose before and I’ll be doing that from now on! This was so well thought out, I really appreciate that you took time to learn abt RA.

My only critique would maybe be the amount of time spent with weight on wrists. I appreciate that you shared strategies for how to lessen the weight, but it’s quite difficult to be on your hands at all with RA, and a lot of this practice was spent on our hands. Everything else in my body feels amazing after this, but my wrists are a little irritated. Unfortunately RA just really goes after those joints :, ) I’d love to see some poses that don’t involve the hands at all!

Thank you again ☺️

I have chronic pain in my arms and this felt divine. I've never seen the kitten/calf pose and it actually felt like a stretch compared to regular cat/cow. Definitely coming back to this, it was a life saver for the day
