Something about the music, the disoriented way Quinn is walking before Puck confronts her, the dialogue and their acting here is really reallly good. This scene stands out. The music just captures a sense of dread and cynicism. Also, Puck greeting her with "Sup milf" oh lord

years later I finally get this scene
1. I thought “Lima loser” was a slang thing, no it’s cause they live in Lima Ohio (yes I’m an idiot)
2. I got the milf thing
3. I got the inception thing

The score in the first season was so good it had this satiric tone to it that made glee seem
So complex. By the end of the season they stopped using it and it was long forgotten in the remaining seasons

I didnt realize at the time, but if Puck got Quinn as drunk as she says then she legally couldnt have consented to sex with him😳
I know thats a gray area, but considering Quinn's religious beliefs, her position in the celibacy club, the fact that she was adamant that her and Finn not go all the way, and the fact that she clearly regrets it, Id say theres a very good chance that she wouldnt have consented if she wasnt drunk and insecure. Puck knew exactly what he was doing when he manipulated her into having sex. Giving her more wine coolers when she wanted to stop and knowing what to say to convince her. Kinda takes the humor out of it for me.

(PS: Im not saying he r*ped her. I know that's a serious accusation. More that it was very unethical and immoral of him because he was an older more experienced boy who pressured her and gave her wine coolers in an effort to convince her. Quinn did say yes, so its at most....dubious)
