I like how this feature bridges the gap between casuals and pros. I don’t think I’ll ever use it because I like having the ability to do any edit, AND I’ve already been well adjusted to the old system.

You can remove the bind for “switch mode/edit” and make those keys individual, so switch mode is a certain key, and edit is another certain key, it takes time getting used to, but in pc it’s so good, especially since controller has no instant reset button

Ok, I’m all for settings that help casuals improve, but I’m NOT all for settings that make editing waaaay easier to the point where it breaks the game mechanics we all know. Editing while not have your blueprint out is so much more broken than a lot of casuals realise

yeah this setting was my saving grace for fortnite og. i can actually play build mode and not have to worry about that big long memorization progress that you have to keep fueling or you forget

been using it too and i feel the only true advantage it has is its speed, cuz if u already know how to play u dont really need it

I don’t see the issue with allowing both at once with different binds, that way u can edit normally to do faster resets and more fluent after builds with the benefits of simple edit instant edits
