Does tap to simple edit work on console(ps5)?? I turned it on and still have to hold the edit button. Makes no difference having that setting on or off. I really wanna use simple edit but only if I can tap to edit

I’m already a somewhat fast editor on controller I can do quads triples and double edits but when I turn on simple edit I can’t mess an edit up my crosshair placement is better and when you edit something it’s no delay
