Thank you for your courage in showing your cancer scars. It means so much to me. I am always so very careful to be sure that my scars are not visible to anyone; not even to my husband. It has been 2 years since my surgery and he still hasn’t’ seen my scars. I am so embarrassed of them. I dress and undress in my dressing room. He respects my need for privacy. I don’t know how much longer I can hold out. I know I am being ridiculous; but I can’t help it.

Best to all women fighting breast cancer. I do have a lump recently I’m having checked at 46 years old after my mammogram found it, I do have a fibrocystic very dense breast tissue. Going in for more diagnostic tests and ultrasound. Best of luck to all of you in this worrisome process.
