"Typically when I hear somebody say that, it’s something they’d solve if they knew how or could, is that the case with you guys?”
“What conversations have you had on how to solve that?”
“What have you guys tried so far to fix that problem?”
“Is improving (pain they mentioned) significant for you right now?”
"Is reaching (desire goal) a top priority or is it lower on the list?"
“How’s (pain) impacting your goals?”

This is kind of funny, I have an agency and built an SDR team for myself (booking 10-15 appointments per day) and I know building SDR and outbound call teams is a huge pain for agencies so was thinking of maybe selling it as a service within my network.

I did not expect to randomly come by another person doing this exact same service with the exact same name.

Gotta ask questions and dive deeper based on their answers. Scripts are great but should be treated as guides cause otherwise you're gonna sounds like a robot and miss a ton of opportunities by sticking to the script at all times.
