When people say Slipknot is from the devil, but you realize they're mental health angels 😇💖🤘

Therapist analyzes "Before I Forget" by Slipknot. It's a reminder that before the world told us otherwise, we actually believed in ourselves. This song calls you back to a time when you thought you could do anything, when you dared to dream because you knew you could achieve it. It's a reminder not to forget how powerful you actually are.

I found out Tuesday that I have Pancreatic cancer, my family is devastated. My wife passed away in July so they think since I'm not upset it's because I'm ready to join her but that's not the case. I'm not focusing on the negative because I have the biggest fight I've ever had and to kick cancers ass I have to stay positive. Metal music gets me fired up to win this fight and I live in Des Moines Iowa so you know Slipknot has to be #1
