What did you think of the claims made by Chris Fehn?

Literally the only person who has ever left Slipknot on good terms is their bass player who died...

If you're not Shawn or Corey- you're an employee....that speaks volumes as a fan...

If only 2 out of the 9 are members and owners then it’s not what they have been representing for decades. What happened to we’re all family? Turns out 2 are family 7 are employees.

I stand with Chris and Joey, they will forever be icons for slipknot.. irreplaceable, unparalleled.

This band hasn’t been the same since Paul passed away. He essentially was the glue that held them together. The moment he passed this band was bound to fall apart and that’s exactly what happened. Unfortunately it’s a shame the new generation of fans will never get to see the Iowa era 9 most us grew up listening to.

Imagine getting told for 20 years, we are brothers yada. You’ve shed blood, energy, went through emotional shit, only to find out two of the dudes are doing some shady stuff, now all of a sudden you are just a “ hired gun”

I think they lost a huge piece of the band when Chris left. He's easily one of the most recognizable members. I hate that any of this has happened. And I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed with Corey and Shaun.

I miss Chris! It wasn't the same without him when I went to see slipknot a few months ago!

The way they put barcodes on their jumpsuits in the early years to spit in the face of the music industry that wanted to sell them as a product, and yet this is still what happened. Greed is so devastating.

I wonder how that arrangement came to be with Corey and Clown being the only owners. Corey was one of the last of the original members to join the band. Seems strange the the other guys would have agreed to that…maybe they didn’t.

The whole "we're brothers" thing is bulls***. It's a freaking business. And having Corey and Clown as bosses must be absolute horror. They're narcissist psychopaths

Man, I feel like Chris's face/mask was a super iconic part of slipknot's image. They got rid of such pivotal partner in their band, sad that the people are considered to be so expendable... Greed.

I love Slipknot and I Always will. However, after what they Did to Joey ( the way they fired him) I lost alot of Respect for them. And he was a Founding member. Very disappointing. And it's too late to rectify anything. That's something they will all have to live with for the rest of their lives. Life is too damn short. Don't screw over the ppl that you "Claim" to love. #ripjoey

In the beginning everything was about passion and fun, since the 80's everything is about money and it never changed.

Slipknots been a huge part of my life for almost 20 yrs. It really rubs me the wrong way how Corey and Shawn regard themselves as higher than the rest of the group. Especially since they preach all that bullshit about them being family, equal, and needing each other. I bet the other seven must get annoyed having to walk on eggshells with the fear of being fired and replaced now

The most iconic mask and my favorite since self title album… remember listening to Surfacing for the first time in middle school. I was blown away.. needless to say, the things that made me a fan are no longer part of the lineup.. Paul with his unique bass lines, Joey with his insane drumming abilities, Chris jacking off his nose at concerts.. good memories. Good times.. Slipknot was a group of crazy heavy metal loving people, to an industry puppet. Sad.

I love Slipknot so fucking much but man it hurts that their own management says that anyone who isn't Clown or Corey are "employees". Corey especially says Slipknot is family but in the Chris Fehn situation, they seem more like a Capitalistic business.

Now you people see why wisdom says, "the love(worship) of money is the root of all evil", it's so vile that it can destroy friendships and families no matter how close they are.
