What I like about these "gen z whatever" videos is they don't take account of certain groups of gen z, I would say. Like I'm born in 01' and def know who Slipknot is cause I have relatives born/lived through the 90s that introduced me to "old" stuff. Example I know what a damn floppy disk is. But this is a given to most who never seen anything older then them, and even to those that are gen z

Honestly… their reactions were all as you would expect from any ‘non-metal head’. Unless you are someone who has really taken the time to experiment with music and truly appreciate it in the same way you would art… you are just going to give the exact same response as anyone before you… ‘it’s just noise’.

Just glad to see them all give Slipknot a go, even if it wasn’t for them!

P.S - RIP Joey Jordison (legendary MUSICIAN across all instruments) and Paul Gray! Gone but never forgotten
