How To Connect A USB Flash Drive To A Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 - Using A USB A To USB C Adapter Cable
Показать описание
Caseology Nano Pop case for Flip 4
In this video I'm showing how to connect a USB flash drive to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.
Because the Flip 4 has a USB C connection and most flash drives have the older, more traditional USB A socket on them, you can not directly connect any USB A storage devices, such as flash drives or external SSD drives or hard drives, directly to the USB C port on the Flip 4.
This is where the USB C to USB A adapter cable from cable creation comes in to play. As it has a female USB A socket on one end, which is USB3.1 and a male USB C connection on the other.
You simply connect your USB A storage device to the female USB A end of the adapter cable and then connect the USB C end of the adapter cable to the USB C socket on your Flip 4. Then as long as your storage drive is using a format that Android understands, you will be able to read and write to the external storage device and copy files between your Flip 4 and your storage device.
This exact cable adapter will also allow you to connect USB storage devices to any Android phone that has USB C.
Components for a vlogging rig for the Flip 4 or any other phone:
