The Crit build requires good weapon, while HP build just need 3-star weapon..

Crit is better because it utilizes both HP and ATK, while the focus on ATK would neglect HP. The good thing with just focusing on HP and Crit is he gets to provide strong enough shield while also benefitting from increased damage through his A4 passive (burst damage is increased by 33% of Max HP). Personally my recommendation for a balanced Zhongli build would be HP/HP/Crit for more shield durability, or HP/Geo/Crit for a bit extra damage. This applies to other builds like Microwave (HP/Geo/Crit) and Physical (HP/Phys/Crit), since both his construct resonance and normal attacks also gain damage increase through his A4 passive.

Why didnt u show what artifacts u have on him, some say put Tenacity some Petra, some 2peace nobles 2 Tenacity, some use Emblem, hmmm.. What would u guys recommend for me, I use P. Jade on him and 2 peace Tenacity and rest is GEO goblet, HP sands and CRT DMG circlet, his stats are 50 over 161% but he doesn't make that kinda DMG, so I should put more HP on him or put 2peace Nobles, right?! ...

Can I ask why did you use yelan there? for the HP build I understand because you want the hydro resonance but for the CRIT build? Is she there for a reason or just to make it fair?

I just got staff of homa when i was pulling for neuvillette's signature weapon, now I'm thinking if i will give it to Zhongli instead of the 3 star hp weapon he has right now. Also i want to give him some damage too.

Dyspro who should i go in the rerun i heard ayaka raiden and hutao mkght appear somtime soon should i go for ayaka k have c4 rosaria c6 bennet unfortunately and havent farmed her set is he f2p freindly? Or should i go for hutao i have alot of shimenawa but no hp or critdamage shomenawa or should i get r1 raiden c2
