keep in mind the 60k hp is a lot less effective than it looks because it can only give at most 2800 atk (400% of homa+hutao base)

Hu tao maxes out at 2860 atk conversion with homa and c3 that is about 40k hp so the 20k is literally useless if c0 its around 45k iirc

I think I balanced it effectively with 44% Cr, 162.6% CD, 182 EM, and around 30k per CA (Vape), but like 7-8k without vape, around 50-60k Burst Damage, C0, R1 Dragonsbane, 4pc CWF (Lvl 80)
