nice vid! another one is setting your in-game sensitivity to 5.245274 and your mouse sensitivity very low, which lets you turn to exactly 45 degrees. probably not useful for most players, but lets you make perfect 45 strafes.

somehow once i ran a boat into a wall in the latest Offical version of 2022 and it turned into items, I think they just increased the impact needed to break a boat on impact if that makes sense

1:45 totally makes sense. When the player stands on the egg, the character's hitbox hits the egg's hitbox and breaks it. And the anvil being an entity when it starts falling, it break when it hits eggs, pressure plates, button, levers, slabs, torches, lanters, etc. And you may qay "but your charcter is an entity too" and it's not wrong but if had the same caracteristics as every gravity affected blocks, it would break when falling on a button, pressure plates and other which means death, and it would be the worst thing in the same (worse than vexes) so that's why
