Commenting for the algorithm, I do these as a replacement for super wide grip pull ups (mostly because i get a bit mentally fatigued from super wides, and I like exercise variation)

I found that being explosive on behind the neck pull ups gets painful since i am ramming the back of my skull into a metal bar, so I place a pad on the pull up bar.
Otherwise, I will subconsciously not pull as hard since I know it will be very uncomfortable at the top.
Not sure if you relate to this :)

Heureux de voir enfin que tu ais fais un yt short dédié à cet exercice en particulier !, mais depuis que tu as dis que c’est un exercice avancé et qui est risqué si on est pas assez fort, je vais rester au pull Ups classiques bien que j’ai la mobilité requise, j’arrive à peine à faire des séries de 4-5 reps, j’ai pas le niveau hélas)
