my guy used 4 bowls. one for the raw eggs, one for the egg shells, one for the eggs to whisk and one for the butter. he also used a whisk instead of the chopsticks he was already planning on using. haiyah so many unnecessary dishes

Did you say two or three minutes!? That's how long it takes me to fully cook my eggs. Turn the heat up!!!! Add more oil so the egg starts cooking as soon as it hits the pan. Start twisting right away so each layer starts cooking then moving. If you let it sit more layers cook then it gets stiff and won't twist. Still a great job for the first time ❤
