Good effort but try using just 2 eggs. You used too many eggs in one go and that's why you ended up with a thick shape with raw/undercooked egg on top. You don't need to pre-heat the eggs over water. If the edges need to be released from the pan with chopsticks, you're using the wrong type of pan or too little oil. You can stop turning the pan once the egg has all solidified and no more 'tornado' shape is added by continued turning.
