Might not work for everyone, but it helped me. I think the comfort of rain as a white noise really worked for me - grew up in the Pacific NW and I always slept best during light wind & rain. The sound of gentle wind through pine trees is so soothing.

Even man made audio can't duplicate the sounds of nature and the elements created by God. It's like a luliby and I feel safe in doors during lightening strikes.
