I like how you talk about not putting your emotions into your listings and how it's all about moving forward, experimenting, researching and seeing what works and what doesn't. I definitely need to work on keeping my emotions out of it and just list list list and stop looking back at my listings that fail. Just learn from it and move on. 💯

Remember though that the percentage in eRank is tied to the amount of orders you have, not how much money you've made. I'm in the 1.1% (eRank says I've sold more than 98.9%), but I'm not making six figures as I sell digital items priced around the $5 mark.

Hi Heather, thanks as always for your great videos. Wondering if I could get your thoughts on 2 things regarding managing my Etsy account... 1) Have you ever had issues logging into your etsy account from a different location? I am a digital nomad and I was recently suspended on Etsy for a suspicious log-in from my location that doesn't match my shop location or residential address. - 2) Shop location: Do you understand this to be the sellers physical location? Or the location where your shirts are printed and shipped from? There is NO policy on Etsy explaining that. And Etsy is notorious for not answering and getting back to any emails. I ship exclusively from and to the US, but I physically am not in the US. Etsy uses your shop location to show you to sellers who search for shipping within the US. Your thoughts would be highly appreciated! Thank you so much <3

Someone on Etsy is using the name HeatherxStudio - with your photo - and has only two items and 10 sales. Why isn't a link provided to your store in your about page? Surely, the store I saw isn't you?. You wouldn't be a top 1 percent seller with only 10 sales. Someone using your name like that really damages your credibility and you might want to address it with Etsy. Also, in your videos you suggest studying other successful stores to see what they do. I'm sure a link to your actual store in your about section would be very helpful .

Good video & advices!
Aiming to be Top 1% Seller gives me a picture that it'll be a journey(of course it is!). From watching your video, I have an idea to motivate myself.
Now I'm gonna look at the Global Sales Rank instead and set a certain monthly milestone. I'll start to track on how much my rank climbs when I get 1 sale. From that, let's say I want to climb 10, 000 ranks higher, so I can know how many sales I need to have. And to get that certain amount of sales, I can plan how many listings I need to upload and what marketing method I should use.
This makes it easier for me, it looks more achievable and motivating too.
