How do i reset my This Pc folder icons and names and files? Because i did somethin and some files are missing and like desktop has the downloads name and the downloads folder is gone

In case if your folder has been deleted from "the PC", then simply go to the properties of that folder, click on the location tab then click on the restore defaults.

so i think i actually deleted the download file folder completely. i was trying to clear space on my pc and ended up going too far, deleting very important things. permanently. i genuinely dont know what to do. i dont think i can get anything back to reverse what ive done.
