What if one isn't able to get hard wood sawdust? Spruce, pine and for is all there is available where I live. There are no hardwoods where I live.☹️

once you put the inoculated/sealed black in a fruiting chamber, do you wait to cut holes or "x's" right away or do you wait a little while (precisely how long?) or what's the methodology?

I thought you can just pasteurize that sense the pellets are heat treated.

Hello, I’m not sure if you’d see this in time. Recently I was gifted four 4lb fruiting block bags. They’re unlabeled and I know for a fact that they’re a mix of oyster mushrooms. Having this unknown would you recommend a side or top fruit. I would appreciate your advice if possible!
