The daughter is not a young woman, she is an adult who has a child, likely living with free room and board, the least she could do is pull her own weight. The mother isn't much better. I feel sorry for Mike.

As a successful large property Airbnb owner myself ( going on 6 years ) with an 80% occupancy rate I can see this small family has simply zero passion for the hospitality industry . I think they should sell the building take their earnings from that sale and Mom & Dad enjoy their retirement . Have the lazy daughter get her own place, get a job and send her child off to day care

The daughter gets a chance in life to move forward make her dad proud, but uses her son as an excuse she's so busy,
Many people get everything handed to them but they dont want to work at it,
Doubt this hotel will last, mother and daughter are to self absorbed.

I think their daughter is lazy and uses her son as an excuse not to work. I think the best thing she could have done was lay out some money for a childminder for a couple of days to help her during the day to assist her parents and getting things on target
