Hi. Very good video, I will browse all of them.
Tip 1 - For even faster quick parts use: Start typing the name of the quick part and hit F3 - the quick part will be inserted.
Tip 2 - If you start writing the name of the quick part, Word will actually suggest the quick part. Then just hit enter and it will be inserted to the document.

Love your tips! I use quick parts often, and if you start typing the name, intelli-sense will prompt display the QP, allowing you to hit Enter to add the block to your document. (Bad news is the intelli-sense function has changed in Windows 11; it doesn't auto-populate any longer, but a workaround is to type in part of the QP name, then hit F3 to insert the block.)

Thank you for the tips! I run into an issue where I share a template complaining quick parts building blocks with others, and they aren't able to see all of the quick parts. How do I fix this?

Hello great video. which practice is better?? I save quick parts at the NORMAL template (normal.dotx) So I can transfer to a different computer, and also I create a personal category adding @ so it can be at the beginning.
