The A-X-O-L-O-T-L bit probably refers to a book in which Dipper and Mabel find this magical axolotl. It says they can both have one question. Mabel's question isn't really important, but Dipper asks "what do you know about Bill Cipher?" And the Axolotl responds with a poem.
