My daughter's change her password to stop our son from using get tab. She couldn't remember password. Ive looked up so many videos for clear instructions on how to do a factory reset and this was the best one. Problem sorted thanks😊

I've watched loads of these videos this morning and it was driving me mad cause I couldn't get into repair mode, then I found yours and it's the only one that said to hold the home button as well as power and volume, and magic it worked and I reset my tab 3 problem solved. thank you so much, new sub now, liked shared and all that good stuff.

Thankyou! I was trying to factory reset my Tab 2 and accidentally got into Odin Mode. I'm now back to normal and will try factory reset again :)

okay. how about this. i found out that the windows 8 os will run the program flawlessly. i am wondering if you know the way around this tablet to install windows 8 os so i may run this program. is this possible for free? you've been the only person i've seem to understand in following steps. Hello! excellent video!  I have a samsung galaxy tab 3 t210r that has a failure with the warm pixels, you believe that changing the screen of a model t210 civil servant? I imagine that if since in hardware they are the same thing

Hey Rootjunky. I was just wondering if you could answer a quick question, we bought a galaxy tab second hand and am gettng an error (TWlauncher has stopped unexpectedly, force stop etc) and would just like to restore so all his crap is off it, and was wondering if I did this "factory reset"  would it ask for a 4digit code upon rebooting, as I wouldn't have the code. (The man who sold it to my daughter we can't contact, ) probably for obvious reasons, "he knew it had this problem perhaps", before this error happened I even asked him did he want me to email him the remaining family pics on the device and he won't reply. I'd really appreciate any advice you'd have. sorry for waffling on a bit.

I have a Samsung tab 3. It's the same model you have on your video. It was given to me by time warner cable. I have done the full reset you have on your videos but still have the time warner apps. I have my movies on my micro sd card but won't play them at all. I'm thinking is something with time warner set up. On my other droid will play all movies.

Thank you so much for this awesome vid. Thank you for adding the words, as I was in a position where I could not have the volume on. I read over 10 posts that explained how to do the reset but NONE of them said to hold down the "home" button. I tried it 7 or 8 times with no success. Then I found you!! The procedure worked the very FIRST time! Thank you so much!!

So, I was wondering if you could help me out, I can get onto the system recovery absolutely fine, but when I hit vol up/down to scroll options, it skips a line everytime and goes either 2 up or 2 down, I am not double tapping etc, it just simply won't register the first click, and then the second click skips a line, any advice?
