Friend, I have the T210R model that fails because it suddenly restarts in the middle of the system: I tried flashing or doing the hard reset, but every time the procedure ends and the tablet starts the system I realize that nothing has changed, it continues with the same programs and user settings. As I am probably going to sell or donate mine, I wanted to double check : is there anything else I should do, or anything else a professional would do, to ensure the tablet is completely wiped and there is no way someone could access any of my information? Or is this hard reset exactly what a professional would do if I brought the tablet in to them? Just want to be safe and secure! 😁

I know this a an old post, but I'm trying to reset my wife's tablet, and once I get to the reset menu, the volume buttons do not move the selector at all. I've tried the process several times, and the up/down do not work to select the factory reset. Any help is appreciated.
