Thanks for the video instruction! I have no micro SD on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 LTE so I transferred the ROM and GApps to internal storage via MTP: while in TWRP, connect the tablet to the PC via USB and the PC recognize the tablet's internal storage, then copy the ROM and GApps to it.
