Meze 99 Classics had a build updated! (And Sound Better Now)

Did they say when they re-worked the internals? Do the Drop 99 Noirs, which were released after the Classics, (June 2023?), have this silent revision?

I’ve purchased the meze 99 classics over 3 years ago and just recently noticed that the rubber pivot joint is coming loose! Can that rubber joint be permanently taken off without damaging the rotation of the headphone or does the rubber gasket need to be replaced! I saw a video where it can be tightened from behind with a special screwdriver!

How many years later and they're still overhyped trash.
If I wanted to listen to muddy music with no clarity, I'd stick my head under water and put a live speaker in it. Which would probably kill me, but it would still be better than spending $300 on a pair of these
