It does not appear that this prevents someone from making and distributing duplicate copies of a PDF file. This only prevents copying portions of text when the file is open for viewing.

Great video but when I downloaded Libre it crashed my laptop and took 5 hours to sort it out! Stupidly tried to uninstall and reinstall and did the same again. Not doing that again 😞
