PB blaster worked like a charm…. Couldn’t get the car to the full off position, shut of the engine but not the battery…. This did the trick in a couple min

If you don't have the extra money to buy a ignition cylinder or get a key made, just take out the ignition cylinder and use a grinder or file(I use a dremmel tool) and grind down the lock bar underneath the cylinder until its smooth flat with the surface...install it back in...but you can crank it with any key until you buy a new switch or cut a new key.

I didn't have WD40. So I used Vegetable oil instead. Worked like a charm.

A new key works wonders the problem is the end of the key gets worn out over the years that comes from 3 different locksmiths…..
