I have Non military PTSD, and out of all the therapy I’ve taken a dirt bike is the only thing that helps, and makes all my thoughts slow down. When I ride I can only focus on riding. It also taught me how to use a clutch. Lol

I really enjoyed your presentation... I introduced my son to dirt bikes at 15. It was the best father son bonding time I can remember, we joined a club had great times he's 28 now and has never been without a dirt bike since. We recently went on a weekend camping trip brought the dirt bikes along and first thing in the morning he would jump on the bike do a a few laps, , , come back a say to me that was my coffee shot. I feel sorry for the kids that have missed out on this sport.

My grandparents got me a mini bike thing when I was 5 i loved it to death my mom found out and she made them sell it because “no 5yo should be on a bike” i was completely devastated I’m 15 now and all i feel is pain every time I think about it

This video needs to get out to a lot of people that always go off if it’s not a new bike or new gear then they can’t be good. Anyone can do anything when they want to put the work in and not give up when it don’t go their way. Hard work and patients and discipline is a huge thing in this sport.

I don't have my own bike yet I have only ridden a 50 and a trials bike and want to get into this sport so much because I'm not really good at other sports and I love dirt bikes. I want to take care of my body and stay healthy. I also want to be a mechanic and I think this could help a lot. I love your videos keep it up.
